Casa Cucina Cooking Instructions:

Gnocchi, tagliatele and pizza bases can be frozen and pulled out just before use.

Gnocchi: throw gnocchi into rapidly boiling salted water and allow to boil until they start rising to the surface. Try not to strain as they’re so delicate, rather transfer directly to your sauce of choice. The pancetta sauce goes really well with it otherwise a simple burnt butter and sage sauce with loads of parmesan.

Tagliatele: add to salted boiling water and allow to boil for around 2 to 3 minutes or until silky but not too soft. Drain and drizzle with olive oil, fresh lemon and salt

Pizza bases: pre heat oven to 200 / 220 degrees. The basilico works well as a tomato base. Cook for around 5 to 10 mins, or until edges look crispy and all cheese has melted.

All sauces are fresh and can be stored in the fridge for 10 to 14 days.

The pickle gets better the longer it sits and has a shelf life of at least 3 months.

Chilli lasts for at least 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
