Ethiopia Sidamo – light roast (800g)


Ethiopia is to coffee what France is to wine. This is also where it all began… Ethiopian coffees are prized the world over for their distinctive floral and fragrant character, and citric or berry-like acidity. These coffees are born to be roasted light, as they tend to have delicate, complex flavours that seldom survive beyond the medium roast range. This is a classic afternoon coffee, with juicy acidity (think rosehip tea) with hints of citrus zest, rose, and mastic resin.
