A testament to all things chocolaty, Winter’s Blend is made up of three high-grown washed arabicas from Colombia, Peru & Nicaragua. The roast is a well-developed Medium+, meaning it’s full-bodied without being too ‘strong’, caramel-toned without being bitter, and just tangy enough to keep it balanced and nuanced.
