Decaf Columbia – 350g (*Decaffeinated using natural sugarcane process)

A beautiful washed arabica from Brazil, processed naturally using the renowned Swiss Water Process. It is an absolute beauty. Amazing chocolate character (you’ll mistake it for hot chocolate if drinking it with milk). It has low acidity and a medium body typical of low-altitude Brazilian coffees. It has some lovely choc-fudge and caramel notes on the finish.
